TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Booking must be made at least one week before arrival with the following information:
• Legal Name
• Nationality
• Name of Resort / Chalet in Perhentian
• Date of arrival and departure

PAYMENT

• 30% non-refundable deposit upon confirmation, balance payment 1 month before arrival
• Payments are non transferable
• Public holidays or long week end to be paid in full upon confirmation of booking
• Booking is not confirmed until payment is acknowledged received.

Deposit or advance payment via Bank Transfer, is to be made to the account below:

Payments at the Dive Center can be made with cash(MYR), Credit Card (Master & Visa)

* There are no ATM's on island.

Cancellation:

• 100% charge for cancellation within 4 days before arrival date.
• 50% charge for cancellation 5 - 15 days before arrival.
• 30% charge for cancellation 16 - 30 days before arrival.
• No Refund for non utilised services.
(Our management is not liable for any and all non-utilisation of services due to acts of God or Force Majeure)

DIVING

• All divers are to sign a waiver form before conducting any dives or any diving courses. (In-water activity)
• All divers are to provide proof of certification, eg. certification card and dive log.
• Divemasters and Instructors utilising our facility must show proof of certification prior to conducting dives and courses at the dive base.
• The dive base has the right to reject and/or ban any divers, Divemaster, Instructors for any further diving related activities in the event of any dive safety violation or any dive practices deemed unsafe or endangering to the environment.
• Non-utilised services are non refundable.
