TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Reservation must be made at least one week before arrival with the following information:
• Name as per passport
• Passport Number
• Identity Card Number
• Nationality
• Gender
• Date of travel and departure

PAYMENT
• 30% non-refundable deposit upon confirmation, balance payment 1 month before arrival
• Payments are non transferable
• Public holidays or long week end to be paid in full upon confirmation of booking
• Booking is not confirmed until payment is acknowledged received.

Payment can be made via telegraphic transfer, cheque/ cash deposit to the following:
• Bank: Maybank Bhd
• A/C Holder : Eurocity marine Travel
• A/C No. : 5130 4180 7914(Current Account)
• All banks’ charges to be borne by sender

Cancellation
• Full cancellation charge for cancellation made less than 72 hours.
• 50% cancellation charge for cancellation made three weeks before arrival.
• 30% cancellation charge for cancellation made four weeks before arrival.
• Non-utilised services are non refundable

DIVING

• All divers are to sign a waiver form before conducting any diving or any diving courses.
• All divers are to give proof of certification upon request, to show certification card and dive log.
• Dive Masters and Instructors must show proof of certification when conducting dives and courses at the dive base.
• The dive base has the right to ban any divers, Dive Master, Instructors for any further diving related activities in the event of any dive safety violation or any dive practices deemed unsafe or endangering to the environment.
• Non-utilised services are non refundable.
